CNC Corner Cleaning Machine

The CNC-controlled 2-head corner cleaning machine SV 830 guarantees a clean, and above all, rational processing of plastic window frames. Due to the rotatable tools, no turning of the frame is necessary, thus, the dynamics of the machine remain stable.

The sensible arrangement of the machining tools, as well as the software-controlled parallel operation up to the specified minimum dimension, ensures extremely short throughput times. The 3-dimensional operation of the 7 electronically positionable AC servo axes, which is integrated as standard, also guarantees flexibility and rationale. They control the machine via a freely programmable CNC control with production recording and an online connection with the possibility of transmission to downstream machines or machining processes, profile recognition as an option. In addition, standard interfaces for online operation, which enable data to be received from and / or sent to other upstream or downstream machines or PC systems, are included.

The standard tooling consists of four cut-off or grooving knife units, four internal rebate knife units, four drilling / milling units and two disc milling units. Numerous special tools are optionally available and offer a wide range of machining options: Vertical / horizontal knife unit, internal rebate knife unit for angled internal corners and curves as well as for external corners of different widths of frames and sashes, corner and stay arm bearings, etc.

The special clamping and centring system of the SV 830 enables you to process V or trapezoidal transom welds in one machining step. Furthermore, the special “catch” function enables quick re-clamping from the beginning to the end of the frame.
