2-Point Vinyl Welding Machine

Weld seam limitation to 2.0mm (0.078″). Optimal 0.2mm (0.0078″) tight pinch possible with special fixtures.

• Welds 2 x 90° corners of one or two units at a time
• The heat plate moves from top providing easy access for cleaning and changing of Teflon
• Safety pre-clamp system automatically adjusts for different fixture configurations
• All welding and clamping parameters can be individually adjusted including times, pressures and temperature
• 200 mm (7.8″) clamp opening for doublestack welding
• Tool-less quick change fixture mounting (fixtures quoted on request)
