2-Head CNC Weldseam Cleaner

A basic, two head, 4 servo axis motion control system (2 axis per head) developed for hung/slider sash system cleaner, with basic profile ID and hung system sash-processing capabilities, tilt latch and pivot bar.

All four axis are driven by high-speed servomotors with circular interpolation capability for radius machining. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is an industrial touch pad interface, with URBAN standard SV menu operating structure. Diagnostic and Alarm page for troubleshooting, errors are reported to alarm page where they are listed and can guide operator’s maintenance and service.

• Tilt latch routers (1.0 kW, 1.4 HP)
• Pivot bar drills/routing (routing vertical and horizontal slots)
